FAQ

How and when is commission paid?

Each month on the 5th, we review the prior month's commissions. Approved amounts are paid via Telegram / Wise / similar channels in 3-7 days.

Can I recruit sub-partners?

No. AutoWave operates a strict one-level partner program — no multi-tier commissions, no sub-partner recruitment, no team structures.

What happens with customer refunds?

When a customer refunds within 30 days, the corresponding commission auto-reverses. If already settled, it is deducted from the next settlement.

Are there signup fees or training fees?

None. Partners join free. We do not collect any signup, franchise, training, or qualification fees in any form.

What currency is commission paid in?

Default USD. Other currencies negotiable (exchange rate uses settlement-day mid-rate).
